5. CONSENT AGENDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-03-37, ratifying and affirming the actions of the City Manager in
executing an agreement with Christopher Contracting & Construction, and one
addendum for emergency removal of 40,000 cubic yards of storm debris in the
aftermath of the tornado of May 4, 2003.
RESOLUTION NO. R-03-38, authorizing the
Mayor and the City Manager to execute a Law Enforcement Traffic Services Grant
application with the Missouri Division of Highway Safety.
RESOLUTION NO. R-03-39, ratifying and
affirming the actions of the City Manager in executing an agreement for
emergency security assistance by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in the
aftermath of the tornado of May 4, 2003.
