The Codes Aministration Division regulates construction for residential and commercial
properties. When new structures are being built or
existing structures are being remodeled, it is this division's
role to issue the permits, perform inspections and maintain the
files related to both.
Permits are issued in the
best interest of the public; they allow
inspections
to be performed to assure the work meets the codes and safety
standards.

Application for commercial development is more complicated than residential. Staff is available to walk you through the
development process so that your project may proceed as quickly as possible.
