Alarm Permit
All residences/businesses in the City with an alarm system are required to have an alarm permit. Permits may be obtained free of charge from the Public Safety Department. For additional information, call (816) 436-2200. To complete the permit process, please print and complete the form here and fax or mail to Gladstone Dept. of Public Safety.
Liquor Dispensing Permit
Any individual directly involved in the sale of any alcoholic beverage by tending bar, waiting tables, delivering
across a pick-up counter or ringing of sales on the register must have a
liquor dispensing permit. The permit can be obtained through the Public
Safety Department and requires an "Intent to Hire" form from the employer,
a picture ID and $15. Permits can be obtained between the hours of 8-11AM
and 1-4PM Monday-Friday, except on holidays. For more information, contact

Solicitor Permit
