Completion of this form will allow the City of Gladstone to deduct payments for your water and sewer bills directly from your checking account. The City will process a test with your bank between the 1st and 10th of the month following the processing of your application. The first bill after the test will draft on the due date of the bill. Watch your bill as it will state BANK DRAFT DO NOT PAY. Continue to make payments until you see the note on your bill.
