EMS Reports Request

The Records Unit is the official location for all original Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) reports. These records include fire investigation reports, ambulance calls for service.

All Fire and EMS reports are processed, organized, and securely stored for permanent record keeping. The Records Unit is also responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining required Fire and EMS incident information that is shared with local, state, and federal reporting systems.

Hours – Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
The Records Unit is closed on weekends and City Holidays
