As communities and neighborhoods age, assistance is often needed to sustain neighborhood aesthetics and to preserve community pride. While some neighborhoods need more assistance than others, long-term investment is needed in every neighborhood to retain current homeownership and to be attractive to future buyers. In response to our City's growing needs, neighborhood enhancement grants have been established to help our residents reinvest in their neighborhood and our community.
