Citizen Access will be disabled 2023-09-30

All payment schedules in Citizen Access will be removed on this date.

To prevent any billing conflicts, it is important to create your Paymentus account as soon as possible!

The City is pleased to announce our new billing platform: Paymentus!

We are currently able to accept the following:
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Visa
  • e-Check
  • PayPal

3 Steps to take

  1. 1. With your account number in hand, proceed to the Paymentus website and click 'Register Now'

    2. 2. Follow the registration steps and set up your profile as desired. You will have the option to attach multiple accounts to your login, as well as setting up auto and scheduled payments.


  2. 3. IMPORTANT! YOU MUST log into your old Citizen Access account and disable your prior authorizations. Missing this step risks your old authorization charging your account twice!
